    a little too much luck in this world. It seems to be the only Harley I've
    ever considered owning.

    I believe it is. Quite sought after I expect.
    Around 1988 Sports Motorcycles in Manchester had one sitting beside other
    exotica. Darmah, North Trident, Le Mans et all. The XLCR looked so nice
    (for the day).
    I resisted and bought something sensible, reliable and practical.
    ..
    ..
    T120 unit Triton.

    Then again I've never fucked his pillion pal either.......

    1988? Sports Motorcycles was long gone by then and Steve Wynne
    had a little shop in Bollington.

    And no Harley compares to an XR1000.
