    Hi all,

I've decided to get a bread machine.

I am interested in all your advice regarding that.

Which is the best brand etc.

Motorcycle riders are very good at determining the value, and merits of a
    product to the n-th degree.

    For example:

The Ninja would be considered a better bike than the Gixxer simply coz its
    got 1HP more (published).

The Hayabusa is the world's fastest production bike coz its speedo goes up
to 330km/h, whereas the Blackbird's speedo stops at 320km/h.

Michelin tyres are superior to Bridgestone. Scientifically determined after
examining some photos of Valentino Rossi's used donuts in the latest hoon
    mag.

My wife's got one, and it's an amazing machine. She puts in flour,
water and other mysterious ingredients, leaves it cooking for a few
hours, and it then produces a thing the size, shape, weight and density
    of a cobblestone.

What would be your reasons for buying one?

If you actually want to bake bread then eat it they're not really a good
idea, but if you want to just pop down to the local bakers meeting and
hang around the carpark talking bread with other bakers then they're
brilliant. Get the top of the range model that bakes bread the fastest
and check that the full range of 'bake faster' accessories are available.

Be carefull though, baking is very dangerous and even experienced bakers
    get burned occasionally !

It's hard to get into it because to obtain the best model you need loads of
    bread in the first place.

Hinari and make sure you use only the finest milled 00 grade italian
flour with extra virgin olive oil, pure rock salt, live bakers yeast
cultured that day and purest mineral water from the French alps.
