Downloadable Software (DS) is a rapidly growing company providing high
quality software. You've come to the right place if you need
professionally implemented programming solutions for all kinds of usage.
Thousands of happy customers have already benefited from our software
and solutions. Hundreds are joining this community every day.

How *do* they get away with this?
It would be so easily stopped because they have to use some Merchant
Service to process the CC transactions.

According to their FAQ, they are 'selling the products for private
purposes only!', with no support, maybe not full versions, etc.
They're a bit vague to say the least. Looking at the details for CS2,
an internet connection or phone line is required for activation.
Assuming that's to connect to activate via Adobe, it would be pretty
easy for them to prevent this.
Even so, piracy has to be the likliest answer.

"We offer the software for downloading only, it means that you do not
receive a fancy package, a printed manual and license that actually
aggregate the largest part of the retail price."

not supplying a licence is what's letting them get away with it, I
    expect.

  4. See my post to ukrs about it -- if you bounce such an e-mail to
your mail is rejected "because it looks like spam".
