Ah, I had rather cast myself in that role.

I mean to say, if Gielgud can play Othello....

  3. JB asked...
We haven't bought anywhere yet since it's been a royal pain in the arse
getting a builder to resolve 3 years of rented neglect on our current
place. We need to get that sorted before ours can go on the market.

We reckon Corsham's a bit too expensive, though it is very pleasant and
convenient. We took a bit of a liking to Calne but it's a bit further
out than we had planned to look. However, it seems that it could be
quite a pleasant A and B road commute once I get my bike out of
    storage.

I suspect we'll rent for a while before making the final decision.

That actually sounds fairly interesting but I'm guessing by the name
that you're near Liverpool and getting there could be quite challenging
at the mo'. I should probably have said within striking distance of
    Wiltshire, Bedfordshire or Glasgow.

    Cheers anyway.

NOOOOOOO!!! I moved from there to Melksham. Bloody rough is Calne, and I
should know, I lived there for 10yrs. Looks nice during the day, but it's
like fucking Beirut come the evenings/weekends even in the winter.
Good move. Pick up a few local papers when you're next down. It will give
you a good feel for the place.

Actually I am genuinely vaguely interested for a friend in need who
needs to sell the new one to reduce outgoings. Feel free to send some
pics and detail history to <hog at freenet dot co dot uk>
She isn't mechanically minded, needs it every day for work/school etc
which is why I was concerned. Being a girly it needs to look clean and
    fresh.

I'm in Belfast and she is Glasgow but there are enough UKRM's in your
vicinity who can look it over if needs be.

I never really watched the A-team.

But, having just read http://www.ateamshrine.co.uk/face.php, I think I
    can accept the position.
