Must be, because I found it utterly unfunny as well (although I could see he
was trying to inject some humour at some points).

I'm not even sure I can be blasphemous, Exodus 20:7 says "You shall not
utter the name of Yahweh your God to misuse it"

Now (a) I never mentioned Yahweh and (b) he's not _my_ god anyway.

iirc, the prime driver for the ruthless despatch of town #1 was the
fact that town #1 sent his emissary back in pieces.

Stories of the city being put to the torch, the streets running with
liquid human fat rings a bell, too.

    Top lad.

  11. It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
The Chinese take the long view of these things. Sooner or later (much
later), the invaders either die out or get assimilated.

    China wins in the end.

Shame they've done it to the Tibetans the other way round: Invaded their
country and have been forcing chinese to move there in order to create a
majority. I still can't see why they did it in the first place. The
oppression of the tibetan people has been awful over the last 50 years,
yet not a peep from the UN or the 'democratic' west.

    he's a ****, a nonexistent ****, an iCunt if you like.

About 2000 years ago some burk made up a story by combining a bunch of
superstitious rumours [1] and other nonsense into a vaguely cohesive set
of relatively moral [2] and cautionary tales. [3] He started preying on
the superstitious nature of people [4] by peddling the stories as the
word of some mythical all powerful and vengeful being they called God.
Soon this became a religion and it spread like a disease, teaching
tolerance and moderation but, in fact, encouraging intolerance, distrust
and hatred, until it became almost nothing more than a dam fine excuse
to kill anyone you didn't like.

Over the years the worshippers of God have wiped out most other
religions, they've also killed different factions of Christianity in
prodigious quantities, usually over some miner difference in
interpreting the fairy storys in the bible.

All in all, if there were a God, he'd have probably toped himself, at
the very least he'd be heavily dependant on antidepressants.

So, may the **** bless you in this commercial season. [5]

[1] one or two of which probably involved a story about a pair of
identical twins one of whom had been nailed to a tree, maybe for being a
pious prick, and the other was spotted strolling about town a few days
later much to the surprise of everyone who didn't know they were twins
[2] for the day and when compared to mankinds fairly violent and
    unpleasant nature
[3] Hilaire Belloc did it better more recently
[4] probably for profit but possibly out of a genuine desire for people
to be nice to each other
