If anyone knows of a cheap and cheerful 125, preferably a CG (MSOHP),

My Zephyr is not a shed TYVM.

It's an enquiry for next door's son in law who has a hankering to try 2
wheels, but can't scrape enough dosh together for DAS.

Good lad. Biking is always more enjoyable when done on the tightest
budget - I've been having a hoot on the SpazzTrakka recently. It's slow,
has no brakes worth talking of, doesn't go round corners and looks odd,
but it's great fun.

that is worth in the age of £600 Chinese 125 ?

No, don't. Unless you choose very carefully.

Still a surprising amount: the GN125 is one of those bikes that's always
in the want.

All I can see is a tiny blob of a bike parked with some pikey cars.

An Astra like yours .....in drag .....

 

That was sold ages ago to a dealer in Banbury for £1400, who then
punted it out as bike of the week for £2600
