Have you ridden in the Snowy Region in the last 5 years?
In response to increased motorcycle traffic on local roads in the Snowy
Region a 'Motorcycle Safety Group' was formed in 2002.
This group consists of Motorcycle representatives, Local Councils,
Motorcycle Council of NSW, RTA, National Parks & Wildlife Service and NSW &
    Victorian Police.
To evaluate the activities of the group, we would like feedback from those
who have ridden in the Snowy Region in the last 5 years.
Please click on the following link to complete a short survey. Your
    assistance is greatly appreciated.

Evaluate the Group?. Ha. You'd probably get more feedback if something
actually came out of the survey's. I attended numerous meetings (in Tumut)
organised by this very "Safety Group". At one particular meeting it was
stated that the councils within the Snowy region were responsible for
removing excess gravel from the road after roadworks. Why, 2 weeks after
roadworks were performed on one of our favourite roads did my mate write his
bike off after hitting the "removed" gravel. Have the safety lines been
painted on the Elliot Way? or is the road still too narrow?. The "Death
Triangle" deserves it's name. Safety Groups and surveys won't fix the
    problem.

My 2 cents worth after 29 years of road riding.
