Who took the pictures? If it was an official photographer type, how much
    were they?

A company called Picture Management, they seemed very professional and
well organised. A CD with all your photos on was 30 quid, they also did
prints up to wall poster size but I dunno how much they were.

I've heard the same, and if it is released it's the bike I _really_
    want.

I've still got the pictures and drag them out from time to time.

Hmm. I thought that's what flook has? Perhaps he's the exception that
    proves the rule.

I thought the same about cadwell when I did that - their fastest before
the new changes was about 1:25.1. Putting in 2 mins dead on the stock
SV left me competely knackered at the end of the 3rd session. I rode
back to the van and lay down very still for while.

When I thought about it, they'd be faster on the better bike, better
suspension, better tyres, but it still came down to a lot of it is
    they're just better.

    Hats off to 'em.

I think the revlimiter on the stock ignition is at 13,000, which is
why I asked. So perhaps you had blurred vision on the track ...
Had mine re-dyno'd last week after the winter rebuild (the
skimmed/flowed head put on the bottom end of the Online motor, and
nicking their one-peice stainless steel valves. Oh, and some new
rings). The dyno is the one belonging to Race Techniques in
Cheltenham, and it produced a decent enough curve, but only peaked at
128bhp. Of course, Dynotech is one of their competitors, and they
claimed their dyno is more accurate, etc.

They also noted that their race R6 only makes 4hp less...
Ah, yes, that's more like it!

Flook has a 10+ year old Kawsaki KR1S. Unless I've lost the plot.

You've lost the plot ... you didn't even _try_ to kickstart the "exception
    proves the rule" argument.
