Anyone up for what looks like a very cheap day at Silverstone? Monday
    31st October, GP circuit £79.

Apparently fast and novice spaces are still available but being the
full 3 mile circuit there's plenty of room to do your own thing no
    matter which group you're in.

I guessed you might be. That was part of the reason for the post.

I've just booked myself a space. Slight **** up in that I pressed the
submit button without looking which group I was going in and I might
find one or two chicanes in the way.

I'm slightly confused as to why they charge more for a day on the
national circuit than the GP one but I'll not be whining about it.

Would you go if I said someone else was going who's not too fast?

I'd really love to do it, and Silverstone would be my circuit of choice as
it's close to home (shit but it's almost too tempting).

Hmm, bearing in mind I will be working all day on Saturday the 29th I reckon
I should be due a free day off too.

I am away all next week, as soon as I am back I will (probably) arrange the
day off, and then, assuming there are still spaces, get booked in.

What's the score with refuelling at Silverstone? At Donny I noticed an on
site petrol station, but as far as I know there isn't one at Silverstone.

If work can manage without my services for the day, I'll come along
and prop my track day cherry. Now, do I take the 9R which needs a new
back tyre, or the VFR which is in need of replacement fork oil?

So did you start riding the Gixxer too soon or did Cane break
    something.

    Whereabouts?

I know Silverstone pretty well (used to have regular business there), but
don't recall ever seeing a filling station.
