I'm sure I saw that Shit.Ronnie outside our offices yesterday.

I saw something yesterday that you don't see every day in That London.

A nice Burrell Showman's Traction Engine trundling gently along
    Moorgate.

I wonder if he had to pay the Congestion Charge?

  3. A hundredweight of coal a mile, and lousy emissions. I hope so.

There's a point - the Ape is 'Taxation class: tricycle". But road tax is
    £15 as it's legally a moped.

So - is it CC exempt? And can it be parked in a bike bay? Anyone know
    for sure?

There was a whole raft of 30s & 40s commericals parked on London Wall -
I rode past them to my usual bike parking space. All *very* nicely
restored. Plus a 20s/30s double decker bus.

Looks like they were used for some display/celebration/event down at the
Guildhall as there were more of them down there parked in the square,
plus lots of people in either their Sunday best or in 30s/40s garb.
