  10. 8. Don't mind getting txt grmr wrong. but that pesky changing rule
    about when it's ok to have a full stop inside quotation marks and when
    not, that gets me every time!

    Actually what gets me every time is when to use 'that' or 'which', as
    in 'the book that/which I read'. It's that, isn't it. So when can you
    use 'which...'?

    Microsoft Word grammar checker doesn't like the word 'which', that much is
    for sure.

    I believe that the above is an example of where you _should_ use
    'which', although 'that' is also acceptable.
