The middle quote is from a letter to the editor of the New LA Times. In
an article about how a brain-damaged man was told by Scientologists he
met at a swap meet that they could cure him of the damage sustained by
an encounter on the road with an 18 wheeler. They then proceeded to rip
him off, taking most of the settlement money intended to support him for
the rest of his life, around 1.5 million dollars.

The writer noted that "Scientologists passed him around like a teen-aged
girl at a Hell's Angel party." One biker was offended enough to write
the editor, and I thought it was quote-worthy. :)

Hi Barb! Love you bike oriented posts. Could we please save the
Scientology bashing for the appropriate NG? I think there a bunch of
dangerous loonies as well, but I'm getting tired of OT rants here.
    Thanks!
    :)

OT rants...lol. Only Phil, Doc Wong and I get that one! (the rest of you
can google OT if you care)

But hey, there was a bike in my story!
