    I *love* getting decent sponsership!

First time I have had it running this afternoon, and now it has me numbers
    on.

    Sweet.

Proper, its last years MGP 600, I was with Des Collins this afternoon
helping him with his PC. You should see his new ZX10 that he has just had
finished. 186BHP ATRW and over 35K's spent on it! The guy that does the
engine/ managment work, a bloke from Holland called Seiko [sp] is straight
from the Hawk Kawasaki garage and is now on his way to Japan to help the
MotoGP team with their new "big bang" engine. He did the oil and filters for
    me today (proud).

I am testing it [the 600] on the 20th for my attack on the Clubmans
championship this year! I used to work with Ronnie Russell (Wilson and
Collins spanner man) a few years back and he put a good word in for me.

More pics to follow after the test day.

Whats your plans for this season? Another MGP attempt?

Well done. And good luck, too. So, what spec is the 600? How many
ponies? I did have some vague plans to drop Des a line and try and
    beg some support.
    Look forward to them.
Majoring on the KRC, especially as there's a 24 hour race this year,
which will be a huge event. Went to see Jez Hill at Island
Motorcycles on Saturday morning to talk about leasing his 2003
CBR600RRRRR, last ridden in the TT by Maria Costello to a 114mph lap.
But I've got to look at the time and money committments. It's bloody
good bike tho, and I'd be looking to do between 108 and 110 on it, I
    think.

    You, on a honda?

    FFS.

That's like seeing Dodger in a wine bar.

When it comes to racing, brand loyalty doesn't deliver lap times.

heh. But it's true - I think Nakano is very talented, and would
definitely do better on a Honda or Yamaha.

If I could get close to La Costello's speed I'd be very happy.

Not sure of the RW power output, but with it being a factory engine in it,
anything from 112BHP+ I would imagine. With it being a TT/ MGP bike it wont
be stressed too much I wouldn't have thought as there has to be a degree of
reliability with the thing. Its fucking light as well, if you dont need it,
its not in there. Shame its got to kart my fat arse around really.
Aye, Ill see if the missus can hold the video camera still enough toi get
    some action shots too ;-)
Top stuff. Time and Money, I know that song <sigh> still it helps if the
    bikes free I guess ;-)
