    Bugger. I'll rephrase that - it didn't appear to make a noticeable,
    fresh mark on the case. Split a lovely splinter off the landlord's
    gatepost, though. Having said that, said gatepost has been weakened a
    bit by having bikes pass through it on a daily basis for the past two
    years and titanium cans don't take many prisoners where twenty year
    old wood is concerned.
