I haven't time to answer this now - there's a jumble sale at the church hall
in ten minutes. Now, where did I put my cardy?

It's not like I do it all the time; I've finished the cream now, and I
won't be buying any more. The rest stands, however - there's evidence
that cinnamon can be beneficial for diabetics, and it doesn't taste
bad.
