I've decided to give my '77 R100S to my brother in Lawrence. What are
my options for shipping it to him? I suggested he fly out and ride it
home, but he can't take time from work. For the same reason I can't
    ride it to his house.

    Thanks,
    Ken

Ken, Just take it to your local BMW dealer and ask them to put it on an
Allied moving truck. Allied does all the inter-dealer transfers for BMW, and
will get the bike to Ks. in one piece.Might be cheaper way, but none
    safer........Howard

You'd have to get the bike to SFO, he'd have to get it from KC to Lawrence
(don't know how far that is for either of you).
    Good luck.
