Interesting (read: weird) human growth theory. I'm trying to imagine my
mother with size 12 feet. She'd look like Ronald McDonald!

Concept non specific as you well know , maybe a good lifting once a week
through the major growth periods would have added some vertical gain and
hence been very useful ?
After all it must be a pita dragging that apple box about ??

 

On the basis that no matter how high your bum is normally off the ground,
your legs will always be the correct length to reach the ground. So if you
bum is made higher, your legs should grow until they reach the ground again.

OTOH all people I have ever seen in a Ronald McDonald suit were females.

I went to a TAFE course back in the seventies about a year before the first
McDonalds opened in Perth and one of my co-students was Ronald McDonald.
Poor bastard. I hope he had the sense to change his name.

Erm, no.... I was thinking more along the lines of an annoying ranga with
