I've got an Akropovic carbon fiber can on my 9R. When I wash the bike, the
carbon is really shiny and you can see the 3D weave pattern, but soon after
it hazes over and looks really dull. What can I use to keep it looking
    shiny?

Time to attack it with a good polish (Novus, Meguires etc.) Carbon is
just the same as fibreglass. The cloth is different, the gel, resin is
the same. On stuff that doesn't get hot, you can clearcoat it to bring
    up a shine.
