Well, to be honest, they certainly know how to pump water, lots of it...and
quickly.
They shouldn't get a dime to do anything else, though.

 

Thanks for the link. I am thinking about printing this report and framing
it as i have never seen verbage like this from the NWS.


What is even more interesting is the previous bulletin issued at about
1:00am the same day. It said basically to hurry with one's preparations
for the storm. Then about 10 hours later they issue a bulletin saying the
world is coming to an end. Depending on the time frame in question, I can
see where some people would say "I didn't know it was going to be this
bad".

No idea. I heard on a new report that Halliburton is setting up the tent
cities. I don't know any details.
