The fun starts at 43:55

Stoner and Rossi go down, leaving Rossi trapped under his and Stoner's
bikes. Stoner gets straight up, runs over and picks his bike up, which
allows Rossi to get out from under his bike and start to pick it up.

At the point the marshalls arrive, Rossi is still picking his (still-
running) bike up, Stoner is standing next to his (stopped) bike trying
to turn it round. Most of the marshalls go to help Rossi pick the bike
up and (bizarrely) give him a pat on the back. A couple go to help
Stoner.

As soon as Rossi gets on the bike and starts to ride away, all marshalls
leave. Stoner has to ask them to come back to help give him a push, at
which point that photo was taken.

So Stoner did get some help, but as soon as Rossi was OK the marshalls
lost interest. Not quite "nobody helped me", but definitely "the help
was uneven". The pat on the back shows that.

 

Yeah I mentioned that bit before. Not quite unbelievable I suppose, but
incredible never-the-less.
