Is it worth servicing a bike before selling it? Once again I'm toying with the idea of selling the R1, but it's due its 24K mile service /now/. If I did service it I'd probably do it myself, unless the cost of the service would easily be absorbed by the increase in value. I'm not certain that I want to sell it, in fact, when I next ride it I'l probably change my mind. Again. I do have a sort of hankering for a newer four-stroke 'crosser, though.
