Only three of these bikes are mine and one is WUN's, the rest belong to
my housemate (two) and other friends of ours. We could, at a squeeze,
get eight or nine in the storage garage, but the workshop will only
hold three due to having shelving racks, tool chests, bench and a bike
ramp in there.

I've had four, only one of which wasn't green, but that's because they
didn't do the ZZR600 in green.


OK, so the ZXR was G/W/B, but *mainly* green.

 

I've never had one. Had the other 3 Japs[1], but never a Kwack.

[1] All trailbikes apart from an RD250.

 

I was going to counter ogden's "That's science" with "That's cubic
capacity" but as my first one was 1100cc and the second 600cc it didn't
really work. The 600 *was* quicker than the 1100, though.

 

My 7R was purple at the back. But the front was green, so obviously the
green bit was faster or it'd have been at the back.

More science.

 

Did you find the chain stretched more than on other bikes?

No. The subframe and swingarm did a perfectly good job of dragging the
purple bits along and keeping the chain run consistent.

I *knew* there was something odd about you, but I never guessed it was
this serious.

 

I had a silver 7R that was faster at the back. It tried to overtake the
front once in the rain as I was passing a little old lady. She seemed a
bit concerned there was a sideways travelling motorcycle shining a
headlight at her.

 

It gets worse, I don't think I've ever /wanted/ one either. There's
never been one on the shortlist when I've been seriously thinking of a
new toy.

My gixer's done the same thing a few times, but there's no green
anywhere on it.

The front of the bike is blue and white, the back is white and black. I
guess that means black is faster than blue, green is faster than purple
and silver is just downright dangerous.

Black's a bit gash though.

 

But but but I've got 3[1] Italian bikes! Surely that proves my soul is
beyond doubt.
