    couse I want one, an old vintage Citroen DS 19, but I've just hit pay
    dirt, there's a bloke not far from me that lives in a farm who is a DS
    nut and has a field full of them, I'm going to go see him, he's not a
    money grabber and just likes the cars and likes ppl who likes them :)
    So the trike might stay,

    or why am I going to Ireland ?

    There's a guy in Kempston, Bedford who has loads of DS19s kicking
    around. He's regarded as a bit of an expert on them.

    I didn't realise until a little while ago that there used to be a
    factory in Slough that made them and the Citroen Traction Avant.

    Does it go sir? Shit hot sir? Nice Rover V8 in it sir? Room for one manky
    unbending right leg to go somewhere so I could ride it sir?

    Dawn always likes convertibles when we're on holiday... :)

    Then get a convertible.

    <prepares to be roasted>

    <shrug> I just don't see the appeal of a trike - I mean it's not actually a
    bike in the sense of all the things that make a bike good or is it?

    No, but I'd still like one. I don't know why but nice tidy trikes appeal
    to me. More luggage space and pillionage than a bike. Less chance of an
    offing, but still not a cage.
