Segway in 'hipper' alternative to motorcycle

    I just read an article from an agony aunt-esque column of a website, with a
    mother worried that her son was now old enough to brutalise himself on a
    bike.

    The answer?

    "try to switch your son to the newer, hipper alternatives that might present
    less of a safety hazard -- European-style motor scooters are all the rage,
    and don't forget the Segway!"

    Wow, what fantastic advice. I bet her son will be delighted.
