"This park is located in accordance with daylight hours"
"Please listen for the audible sound"

No I don't know what it means either.

Chinbrook Meadows, right? My guess is that someone (for whom English is not
his or her first language) was trying to say, 'The park is open only during
daylight hours. When you hear the "Get Out Now!" message, do just that.'

I doubt it makes any difference (in this case) since there's no
instruction on what to do when one hears the sound.

It reads like some of the emails I've been receiving recently. What the
    **** are they all about?

Maybe there is a separate sound to warn the dogs.

That would have been my guess too except the park doesn't close because
it has a public footpath right through it. It's more a wonder how that
became a sign in the first place.
