Let's face it, we have left a lot of very happy barkeepers in our
    wake.....

Last time, the barkeeper was so happy he buggered off and left a kid
    pouring the beers.

    Howzat.

In Dunkerque, they just buggered off, so we poured our own.

You'll probably catch me up easily enough, as I'll be cracking along at a
    pillion-friendly 85-90 (ish). I assume you'll be taking the N42 from
Bungaloonge to pick up the A26 at Jn3.

Rather than hacking through Cambrai, this time we'll be carrying on down to
St Quentin, then along the pleasant N29 through Guise up to La Capelle.
This adds something like about 15 miles to the journey.

    Villedieu-les-Poêles, and the fabulous D999.
    Ace chatted up the scooterboys.
Blaney plotted the Frankfurt run and photographed passing totty with his
    phone.
I woke up half the 'otel by spinning up the back whel of the Drifter at 2AM.

Coming off the ferry on the Friday morning, half of ukrm followed me into a
filling station. The attention was flattering, but I was going to the 'otel
    via Amboise.
