I promised I'd treat my Kawasaki ER5 to a screen and last year I found a
    couple but
didn't purchase either. Anyone any comments on either of these?

    1. A National Cycle F-15 Sport Shield at GBP38 from http://www.mandp.co.uk,
part no.100000. There's a good picture and info at
    http://www.nationalcycle.com/catalogue/sportShields.html.

    2. A Fabbri F1690DS Sportif Mini Screen at the same price from the same
place, part no. 528439. There are pictures at
    http://www.motrax.co.uk/Accessories/Screens_retro.html.

The Fabbri is about half the size of the National Cycle model and arguably
more stylish, but the National Cycle is adjustable and therefore, I would
imagine, better at keeping the wind off.

I'd prefer effectiveness over style, so unless someone can tell me
different, I'll get the National Cycle one.

    Anyone got either of these?

Yup, got the Fabbri blue one, nice wee screen, easy to fit & certainly looks
good - but I was choosing style & colour over effectiveness!

Does it work? I'm beginning to think that the Fabbri one might be the way
to go; the more I look at the National Cycle one the uglier it gets.
