My daughter has been quoted almost £70 to replace a damaged tyre on her
    Neo 100.
    Is this reasonable?

    Not in the slightest.

    130/70x12 (Kenda K413) £19.99

My local tyre garage only charges around a tenner to fit.

No, it's an absolute rip off. A decent Maxxis tyre will cost approx 35
quid at most, regardless of size.

Another thirty quid and you can get a pair of nice rubbers fitted to a
    sports bike. £70 is dire.

The price quoted includes a fitting charge of £30. It seems the exhaust has
to be removed to change the [rear] tyre.

Is it straightforward, I can see the wheel is held by one nut. Is there anything
else I should be aware of?

    Andrewr At Work says...
    "Super grippy everlasting sports"

And the MOT tester took the piss out of my tyres on Saturday telling me
"You only need to go round the fucking roundabout once you know"
