I loved the way putting speed cameras on the motorway actually
    increased the number of fatalities.

Is there a "maximum speed of 4mph for all horseless carriages, each one to
be preceded by a man holding a red flag" option. Bound to be a vote-winner
with much of the population ...

It won't let me play, it just keeps telling me "that name is already in
use", even when I just type in a random string of characters.

Maybe you and Andy need to be a bit more original with your name and email?
I just put in 'hkhdlfhlhlfh' and and it worked fine.

Either way, you're not actually missing much.

    In
13000 points, only put Gatsos where they should be (hospitals and schools)
and left the traffic plod in the middle of the forest...

Only one casualty all year.. 300 odd injuries, but like they matter
