    You didn't answer the question.

Y'see I don't read your posts completely I usually get about three lines
in and realise it is another tedious, boring, uninteresting, small talk
    chat type post about:
    1. Your dinner or some other meal
    2. An incredibly dull recitation of a motorcycle related traffic event.
    3. How great Paris or wherever you are at the time is.

    or all three together.

So, again, how do you manage it?

And there is no need to resort to insults.

  10. Well, OK. Actually, there really was no 'question'; just an insult, all
the more amusing as you then tell me not to use insults. Whatever. The
thing is that I get flamed for posting perfectly acceptable stuff.
Champ posted a whinge a while back about being 'stopped' by off-duty
plod 'cos he was speeding. Aside from a few gentle prods, that thread
    went down well.

When it comes down to it, my post wasn't about a 'motorcycle-related'
incident, but in fact concerned my (somewhat pessimistic, I grant you)
perpetual quest to decide whether the species to which we all belong,
deserves to continue to exist. I don't believe that we do. Or at
least, I have difficulty believing that we do.

However, when it comes down to it, Martin, you really don't have to read
my posts. If you choose to do so, then it's a bit rich to whinge about
them being boring. Now here's a smiley, to prove that I really love
    you--> :)

IMO the proliferation and length of posting is what irks the masses
coupled with what appears to be a virtuous holier than thou attitude and
a bit of whining to boot. Also what is acceptable to you is not
    acceptable to others.
Why compare yourself to other posters?

If you take the bait then you should expect to get reeled in. IME the
best method for defeating constant cajoling is to turn the joke back on
itself, which you are starting to do occasionally.
We are therefore we do. What else is there to do in this existence.
Anyhow philosophy is fine but IMO all the time gets tedious. Some
    things just are.
Yep, I don't have to read your posts and you don't have to respond, also
I wasn't whinging, I was honestly curious as to why you post so much the
way you do when you obviously know that you are going to get the
response you don't want. It seems bizarre to me that you should
continue to do something which you appear to dislike.

Now here's a smiley, to prove that I really love
Well that made me feel so much better inside :-|

  15. If you believe the Cliq^H^H^Hcertain posters here, _all_ of my posts are
'boring'. If this is the case, all he needs to do is to killfile me.

Of course, we all know that my posts are the most interesting, thought-
provoking, most expertly written on the entire group. Which is what
    pisses off the Clique.

    HTH.
