Saving a file off the interweb

    You might well have to 'reverse engineer' the URL to get a page where
    you can save target as you normally would

    Failing that there is a *nix untility IIRC called wget that will grab
    it for you and save it. It's intended for offline browsing, but I
    can't see any reason why it won't work for this. There's prolly a
    windows version as well

    Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, Catman
    Getright (www.getright.com) has been quite handy for retrieving "hidden"
    file for me in the past.
