Road up to Yankee's with a coupla folks from work. Met up with Jerry. After a few minutes establishing the ground rules, the scrap was on. In what I found to be a rather unsporting move, he kicked me right in the usenet pussy. Also, where the hell did that folding chair come from? But he made up for it later, and helped me find all my teeth. Fortunately, none of the gunshot wounds hit anything vital, and will make cool scars when they heal. The doc says I need to change the dressing on them a lot to avoid infection, but otherwise I should be fine. I'm pretty sure at one point I had this fight won, but Skooter was over talking to some other people, and was slow with the 3 count. I'll be protesting the decision with the Texas Boxing Commission, the Texas Wrestling Commission, and the BATF. So anyway, after that we road over to Point Blank and had a beer at Hilltop. We decided that the epic Yankee's battle had taken up too much time, so we decided to forgo helping the Children, and rode back down to Conroe to check out boobies on the lake. Met up with some scattered showers along the way. We split up after Papa's, and I road home. Due to some confusion caused by the folding chair, I somehow made a loop around Montgomery, and went thru there twice, which added like 30 miles and 6 more scattered showers to my trip. This was a source of worry, as I was nearing 220 miles on the day, and knowing how far I was from home, and how no one can ride more than 250 miles a day, I was fearful that I would be stranded. So I said screw it, rode over to Plantersville and put the visor back on my helmet, as the scattered showers kept getting in my one eye that wasn't swollen shut. Had 270 miles on the odometer when I got home. Obviously I'll be taking the bike in Tuesday to have that recalibrated.
