For those who know Sasha


Things have turned from bad to worse, Sasha is at wits end emotionally
and metally, The TAC have made her life a living hell and the doctors,
although can help wont because the TAC wont approve anything.

She had a op on last Monday that took 6 month to approve Rolling Eyes
that has caused her left leg to be paralysed and the pain in her back
increase 10 fold. She rang her Surgeon on Friday who said he cant do
anything, he is going on Holidays... ring an ambo amd go to the local
ER.

I called the ambo on Fri and made my way to her place which took me a
hour only to find them all still there, on trying to leave the ambo
had let Sasha fall in the wheel chair backward cracking her head on
the ground. She was taken to the Alfred with a suspectted broken neck.
Luckily this wasnt the case.

She needs visits and phone calls please, she is a mess, so are the
ones around her.

Sasha is in the Alfred Hosp in Commercial Rd Melbourne (Sth Yarra)

how about a "gathering" one night this week, say at the Stamford on
Wellington and Stud road, someone buy one of those VERY BIG get well
cards, and we all sign it.

I know when I got fucked over the get well cards from the VFR group in
Aust and world wide really were kewl...

Pick a night - how about Tuesday and make it happen...

PS. I dont know her or the full story, but I know what she is going
through...

If she is gettin a hard time over all this, call Mark Stenburg (the
lawyer www.lawstop.com.au ) and have a word to him - he did my stuff,
and helped lots.

 

Is there an email address that we can use to send her a message from New
Zealand ? I know what back pain is all about. Poor girl shouldnt have to
go through such terrible unprofessional conduct from the bloody surgeon, or
the ambulance fools. I'm glad her neck wasn't damaged. Tell her people in
NZ send their best wishes.

some of those surgeons need smacking hard with a blunt stick

she is in the Alfred ATM under the public system and being looked
after billiantly, every neurological doctor in the place running tests
left right and centre. she has had more attention from the public
system in the last 3 days than she has from the TAC in the last 12
months, The TAC just dont fucking care about people, its all about how
much profit they can make and dont care if someone tops themself off
in the process, this is perfereble because then that person is "off
the books"

sounds like as much as I hate to say it - time for Today Tonight or

she has one, the TAC have 100
the TAC have lawyers bombarding them everyday and the TAC know how to
deal with them.
give the TAC guns and they would be another Gestapo

it will take another 3-5 years to get to court, which we "will" be
taking it to court.
none of this taking a shithouse payout will a silence gag.

I simply cant believe that an government organization can treat people
the way the TAC does, no private company could

maybe its time for private insurance companys to be allowed to compete

jump up and down and make a fuss.. the government can actually do
something.. so if you're going to speak to anyone, speak to the
government minister first. Make friends with the people in power, not
enemies.

the 2002 state election and align yourself with the opposition... as a

Was tryin to save him time.. the people in power dont or didnt at the
time give a shit. maybe different with an election coming up..
perfect time to make it known to both sides, news print, TV. etc

 

it was over 4 yrs for them to make an offer to me which according to
the barrister (which in hidsight, Im not sure about his "advice"), I
should take, as they can drag it out for another 4+ yrs and I could
have ended up with less.

 

The next election is in Nov 2010. He's probably not that patient.
