No doubt thought up by the same sanctimonious idiots that decided a
few years ago to name Christmas "Winterfall" to recognise the "ethinic
    diversity" within the city.

The reason there's no Santa's grotto in the Bullring, is that there's
already a council-run one in Centenary Square.

The Bullring, along with other retailers, are supporting the council
grotto, rather than having competing grottos.

The very place that also banned "Christmas" - you had to call it
    "Winterval".
Xmas trees were referred to as "festive arboreal elements"

Who thinks of this crap ?

Apparently not. The best I can hope for is a limited number of

Given that it appears that Santa hasn't been banned I'd suggest the press
    with an axe to grind.

I'd be interested to see the Council minutes that actually orders the
    renaming of christmas.
