    Never heard of such a thing, and find it incredibly unlikely. The
    things are very, very flimsy.

    I've never heard of it either but I did wonder because I thought they
    were like a kind of see through crisp bag, maybe not in thickness but in
    slipperyness.

    by-laws so could vary from place to place. There might be specific
