    And of course Americans' bell ends are further from the ground so there

    Well it's certainly possible to get current flow, I convinced a friend
    to piss on an electric fence when I was 7, he didn't stop screaming and
    bawling his eyes out for ages.

    Yeah, definitely, at 5 the next door neighbour's kid (he was 10),
    convinced me to hang onto the spark plug of the mower while he did a
    "test" which was of course pulling the cord.Bastard ! Bawled my eyes out
