Actually, the USA funded and armed Saddam to destroy the oil worker's unions
in Iraq, and then to go to war with Iran when their buddy the Shah (who had
a habit of torturing his citizens with British made implements) was deposed.

Actually, it bothers me a lot that Israel tortures and murders countless
Palestinians each year, and that both Australia and the USA continue to
publically, finacially and militarily support the world's most active racist
and genocidal people. By the way, nice ghetto they're making for the
Palestinians with that wall they're building. What next Mr Jew, some nice
gas showers?

Oh, and let's not forget that America put the terrorists in charge of
Afghanistan in the first place by funding them to overthrow the Soviet
aligned government. Oh, and didn't they gas and kill all those Vietnamese
who dared to resist capitalism in their country? Now, let's see. The USA
supported General Pinochet in Chile and Franco in Spain. Good buddies, who
unfortunatly had a nasty habit of torturing and killing their opponents. And
I seem to remember that the USA itself has an average of 10,000 gun murders
per year - what a great society that must be.

Oh, and before I forget, doesn't it tell you something when the President of
a country has to travel around in a five tonne bullet proof armoured vehicle
with an entourage of well armed security personnel? Leader of the
not-so-free World?

Is that Saddam 'Weapons of Mass Destruction' Hussein, the geriatric old fart
who was losing his grip on power anyway, and could have been deposed without
a bloody invasion and occupation of Iraq?
