i'm now a little wiser than i was 5 minutes ago, cheers nige.

dont know where it is, and dont have a tent... and i really dont think
taking the fucking motorhome would be acceptable, not to mention my bike is
at my parents in grantham, as i rode there to fetch the motorhome to do some
work on it (fitting new generator, fixing oil leaks etc)

I dont drink anyway, so wouldent fit in from the descriptions of other ukrm
meets

 

A properly done bivvie is just as much protection from the elements
and warmth as a tent.

 

blimey, it's just down the road, 18 miles away from me to be exact, i could
make that on the transalp just before my bum starts to hurt from the seat

luckily for you lot my transalp is at my parents in grantham, so i'd have to
come on sams scooter (her tits would be better, but it's red flag week so
i've gotta take any thrills i can get

maybe next year when i've pissed a few more people off and you'll get a good
show from all the people who want to deck me.
