From AMAsuperbike.com, a recent interview with Hayden. "Q. Your bike occasionally sucks eggs in terms of trap speed as compared to the other Hondas. Do you have the same spec bike as Rossi, or what do you ride? A. I have the same bike as Max and some of the others. I don't know, to be honest, where it is as to what Valentino rides. I did get the new exhaust recently which is good, because before that, on the line I couldn't hear my bike or tell what it was doing on the start. It made it difficult, lets say that, because the Ducati and some of the other bikes are so loud. The new exhaust helps. I don't think it's my place to ask for the same stuff Valentino has-this season I'm supposed to learn the tracks and the bike, learn how the team works. Valentino is the world champion, I'm sure he gets new stuff as quickly as they can develop it. That's the way it works."
