Ok, he is on 42 wins [with a 50%+ win rate which NOBODY can touch]

Next year if he wins 13 [only 4 more than this years "development" year] he
beats doohan [over-rated] who is on 54 wins to be 55 wins and then needs
another 14 to beat the greatest of them all GOD Ago.

So he will need another 2 years perhaps 3 to do it.

That's O.K. we ALL agree he is the greatest to race with 2 wheels EVER, the
problem i have is that with all these wins Yamaha will overtake 2nd spot
holder of manufacturer wins MVA of 139

Oh well we will just have to accept 3rd most victories company for the sake
    of Rossi, ying-yang

    Does another solution exist?

Give it a rest Hatz it's getting boring when all you do is rehash
    everything verbatim.
You made your point, others disagreed.
    Agree to disagree will you?

Prob. the one with the largest "unlimited-budget"

Its genius at work that they get beaten

    Love this bit :

-"We will destroy him" - "we dont need him to win"-
-Hold Rossi off the new bike till end of last year, 31st/12th-
-Try a 2 brand tyre attach-
-"haonda cup" with 7 bikes entered, ie a army

    ALL Failed to work....

If their budget really was "unlimited" Valentino would still be an employee.

    employee.

Rossi was promised many things and treated like a average-joe employee and
told ''we can win without you"

No amount of money [he already has more than he could spend] can comp. for
    that.

He got the shits took his bucket and shovel and left

The rest is as they say, is history

Despite Hatz's fanwank attitude, which does more to diminish Rossi than
anything else, I'd generally disagree with you that he's the most overrated.
The kid has done well enough to rate in the top five in my opinion though
he's yet to prove himself in the "tough" stakes as he's yet to face serious
injury, ala Doohan or Gardner (or Schumacher for that matter), or a truly
determined opponent like a Lawson or Rainey. I'd so hope that Max would
trim his ego down to size a bit and get on with the job of challenging
Rossi, he's the only rider of the current crop that I feel is close to good
enough, but he suffers from a severe dose of "Spenceritis" in that he tends
to fold up when challenged by someone that's his equal or superior. Maybe
one of the kids from the smaller classes could come through and have a crack
    at it.

I'd just like to see the kid do it tough for a change. Not that I'm wishing
injury or anything on him but it would be interesting to see. Time will
    tell I guess.
