A bit ahead of time? :)

Betting people always go for name recognition, which sometimes makes for
good gambling when you really know the sport. Problem is, in that case all I
could go for is a "not Rossi" bet, because I have no iea who it'd be...

Wasn't Rossi the odds-on favorite to be world champion right up until
he threw it into the gravel at Valencia last year?

No, he really lost it with 3 mechanical failures prior, thanks to
Yamaha and Michelin, he would have had 60 points plus lead going into
    the last race...

I dont mind if he gets beat in a fair hand_to_hand race, but to be
"beaten" [sic] by a klutz that rides around for points,,,,,,PLEASE!

Even Nickys employer has no faith in him, sums it up really

PS I think Nicky is a top guy, but he is not in the class of Rossi and

This conveniently ignored Hayden's clutch problems, and the Pedrosa kamikaze
    incident.
....and yet Rossi was beaten by him. So much for "the greatest of all time"

Funny how no other haonda rider had this so called "clutch" issue,
perhaps Hayden was looking for a escape/reason clause?

Ped only punted Hayden once.As per above, Rossi should have had the
Championship won done and dusted by then, he came back from a L O N G
way behind, shows the genius, the fact is he should have been 60
points ahead going into the last race, ie already Championship.

The fact is Hayden would have to be the luckiest Champion in history,
he ONLY won due to the failure of others, not beating them
    fair_and_square
Its ok, he is well over it, he will spank this year, have no fear!

Cheers Mark, nice to hear from u

Funny how Hayden was testing numerous things last year, even after he
accumulated a pretty good points lead. In my opinion, he won the title,
    in spite of Honda's efforts.

Funny how no other rider had Hayden's development Honda
    Sounds like Rossi then.
    Conveniently ignores Hayden's clutch problems.
Rossi was leading into the last round, but he choked and blew it, and Hayden
didn't. Looks fair & square to me
    huh?
