Saw one yesterday in Salibury. Looked like a really nice piece of work,
although it was in a pretty gash purple. Is it common to take a brand
new bike and convert it into a trike?

I saw a solo on the way home from Sainsburys yesterday.

Orange, it was, with three open pipes.

    Looked, and sounded, dreadful.

Fair points, just thought that trikes are usually projects based on
used bikes running under a budget. Taking a perfectly new bike cutting
it up like that just seemed wrong and expensive.

I'm sure if Triumph made a Rocket III trike themselves, they'd have
sold a few by now. But show me a thriving factory trike industry,
and I'll show you a moon made of the finest Roquefort.

In which case, somebody who wants a Rocket III trike has no choice but
to cut up a new one. Possibly expensive, but hardly wrong.

There was one at the Celtic Warriors bash yesterday, in the arena.
    Didn't hear it though.

Well, of course I'm aware of that possibility. Just didn't look like he
was, as he seemed to be skipping towards his trike. Maybe just a well
off dude, with a fancy of something unusual.

What? You need a fucking translation? Hang on...

    Google translations proudly present:

We are through emergency and joy
    gone hand in hand,
    from moving rest we both
    now over the quiet country.

    Ring the valleys lean,
    it darken already air,
    two larks only rise clearing
    into the smell.

Footstep ago and let it schwirren,
    soon is it sleeping time
    that we us not mad
    in this isolation.

    O far, quiet peace!
    So deeply in evening red,
    how are we move tired?
    Is that death?

  16. It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember "PeterT@Home"
Fucking great. It only goes and dies at the end.

Typical, really. While the great romantic British poets were odeling
about their mice and daffs, the Krauts were wandering hand-in-hand in
    the woods wondering about Death.
