I had a good one today. There was a small right of way dispute between
myself, driving a large minibus and someone in a KA. I won. He kept
beeping his horn in his frustration. After many beeps I thought '****
this", stopped the van and got out to have a word. It was a fairly
narrow road and I had pulled up just after a parked car on the right.
Mr moron had stopped so close to the parked car he couldn't open his
door to get out of his car. :)

Poor soul, he looked so helpless there trying to argue through his window.

I did smile as I walked back to the bus.

[1] apologies to those who don't like the 'this happened to me today'
stories, but I liked this one.

Well, it's a junction with no give way signs at all, but it is usually
interpreted as a roundabout: there is a one way loop with a road
joining. Normally, cars on the road joining give way to vehicles coming
from the right who are already on the loop. I was on the loop, the car
wasn't. I also arrived first, as evidenced by the fact that the car
would have hit the bus about half way down it's length had there been
    contact.

So on two counts, I claim that I was in the right. I am actually
ususally a very courteous driver and do not rob people of their rights
    of way etc.

Heh, yes. On the bike I filter like a ****, and pass every thing in
sight on the open road. I just try and not piss people off needlessly.
People robbing rights of way is a pet hate of mine....
