  1. Well, as Chili said on Assen after superpole, I am a true gemini, 2x20, my
wife can choose which 20year old one she wants.

I see your point and I don't think it's entirely different from what I
was saying. I see Biaggi as putting in the hard work when he's
motivated and when he feels the momentum. But when something breaks
that momentum, he doesn't get back up as easily as Rossi. I think we
agree on that. The exact psychology and mental aspects beyond that
are probably all a guess game.
So you agree that Edwards has been quite sensitive to and aware of
importance of his psychological state and internal drive.
That's exactly what I said -- the past can give you some idea of
what's possible in the future, but I just don't see it as an
overriding factor for everything else that may be going on in the
    riders' heads.
Keep trying, but as I said before, I think there are too many factors
including such that you simply cannot see without first-hand
knowledge. I could be wrong, but I'd say you're not the only one
doing number crunching and if there was a working formula, there'd be
no scouts or talent seekers in sports hired to go and see the
    potential future stars in person.

No, you missed the humour in my remark. I actually had a go at myself.
Too right it doesn't make me an expert, and I never ever said that I was
successful, good and quick. The only point I was making is that unlike
the armchair warriors, at least I have experienced a tiny bit of what it
is about. My laptime in Brno is 25 seconds slower than Biaggi, yet I am
at my personal limit, and it's sometimes scary! How GP riders manage to
go so much quicker is beyond me. For instance, do you know how steep the
Sachsenring is?! It's much more steep and winding than it looks on TV.
Does Nusbaum know what it is like to do nearly 300km/h on a motorcycle
whilst inches from the rear tyre of another bike? Oh never mind, I guess
    it's no good explaining.....
Never is a Nusbaum posting shorter than a 3000-word essay of text book
quotations and his dry "facts". He doesn't have a clue of what it
actually takes to do this, just as I don't have a clue of what it takes
to land on the moon. If you are happy with this, fair enough....
