But then as a temporary stopgap I resorted to plastic and in truth could tell no difference in the results. Since then I've been too lazy to be strict. Got the whole process down to 15 mins with cider, from sterilising the bin to kissing the brew goodnight. Bottling takes no time either in 2 & 3 litre plastics. After at least three month's maturing I'll spend a little time mix n' matching different brews to get the right taste. However the quickest part of the process is drinking it. riccip
