Molly Fletcher came up with the following;:
I didn't know her, which seems a shame.

    RIP

Best wishes to all who grieve.

What an utter utter shit. What a waste.

I recall her following Tallbloke and the rest of us up the the ring of
stones near Hulland, she was in good form and enjoying the sunshine, if
a bit pdown at being stony.

Doesn't seem so long at all since we were pulling bits of CX out of the
bushes and investigating a cunningly bent frame and shattered helmet.

    RIP Fio...

I hope where you are now is better than where you were.

FWIW using coping strategies, which may seem difficult at first,
after a while can become automatic. So at first you may think
"I'll never manage to keep *that* up all the time", and later on
you may find you can do it all the time without even having to
    think about it.

Indeed. Farewell Fio, and I hope you're at peace.

Amen to that. There have been times, when I've nearly not carried on,
but a word from a friend who's been through tough times too has really
helped. You know who you are.

  6. Shocked.... I'm not around here a lot these days, but I've got good
memories of Fio, the battered CX, and the way she aced the ZZR with
apparent ease and gusto, flat-outing an eastern european 125 of some
description a couple of miles out of Devils Bridge.

Always the good'ns. It's not bloody fair.

Thoughts and love to fall, RIP lass.
