I'd like a road bike but I'm making do with slicks on the mtb. Mostly
because I'm skint and don't have enough room in the garage for yet
    another bike.
Sounds perfect. Drop me a line when you've set a date. I probably be
    free any weekend.

I'd find that difficult to deal with. Glad I went to a Poly really.

I don't know what the French equivalent is for our resident professeur
but I guess it's the equivalent of a comprehensive in his "snobs guide
    to education".

Bollocks will you, you'll twist and turn and find another 101 reasons
why the world is wrong and you're right.

I'm still waiting for a single post supporting your position, or come to
that a single piece of "evidence" that you've posted that isn't just
your spouting "knowledge" which cannot be attributed to any source apart
    from you.

Heh. So Des is now saying that if both fora and forums are valid
alternatives he's still correct in saying fora is "wrong" - or was it
"incorrect" he was opining? Some such.

Perhaps, chilldren, we should simply leave the poor little chap be.

  7. Nah, give him a JCB so he can dig a bigger hole.

Have you clocked him in some other thread (can't be arsed to work out
which atm), with his *impeccable* TwenCen history?

I've ignored it - too much like trying to read a child's essay when
    half the pages are missing.

What was this? A 'tactical follow up' where you follow up to my follow
up so you can claim "I didn't let it drop" without quoting any of the
    text I typed?

    There's a surprise.

Still he'll continue to claim he's right and he'll either know he's
wrong or delude himself that he's right (that is about the Forums/Fora
    thing).

I consider myself to be pretty stubborn but if I'd claimed something was
wrong and *no one* agreed with me and many people disagreed with me,
providing various 'evidence' including dictionary entries I think I
would re-assess how 'right' I believed myself to be until 'right'
changed to 'wrong'. I can understand Des's point about the R1; how can
anyone know for certain if he has one or not (we can only suspect not)
but I don't understand what motivates him about Fora.

I'm sure there's a psychology doctorate waiting for someone in this
thread with Des as the subject.

Hmm, maybe I need a career change.

Are psychiatrists allowed to refer to their subjects as cunts?

Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, Ginge
As I understand it, with Freudian ones, it's required.
