*heh* gits.
Right well, after getting there at 0900 and waiting until 1300 to find out
what was going to actually happen (in between there were a few brief
discussions with my brief) basically he caught the prosecutors ear who
basically said, what the **** is that doing getting this far?

So, theyve adjourned for 2 weeks in which time they'll have a proper look
and my brief (who knows the prosecuter and his style) says it'll likely be
dropped. He wont guarantee that , which is fair enough obviously, so now i
just gotta wait for a fortnight for a call from him saying either, its been
dropped or that they need to set a trial date.

Not sure whether or not to feel happy about it yet or not, cos there are no
100% definites yet :-/
