Right angled grease gun?

Did a bit of fettling today on the Gilera acquired from Mr. Fisher.

    Cambelt changed - no drama.
Oil and filter changed - no drama.
Minor wiring fault sorted[1] - no drama.
    Grease suspension linkages. Hmmmm.

It's got several nipples none of which I can get any of my grease guns
on. All the nipples are straight - if I had a right angled grease gun it
    would work.

    I googled but I couldn't find a simple right-angled grease gun or
adapter in the uk. Found some grease gun adapter 'kits' on ebay, but 30
quid's a bit steep. Found this
    http://www.thetoolwarehouse.net/p-7202-thexton-418.aspx but couldn't
find a uk supplier. Anyone know where to find one? Alternatively I guess
I could replace the nipples for angled ones which would make the job
    easier next time.

[1] The starter motor operated even with the ignition key off.

Not as bad a job as it seems really.
At least you can still get Renault 4/5 filters that will fit. Not sure
if the one in the Voxan will be so easily obtained now that it appears
    they really are 'fini'.
ISTR using a flexible hose adapter on some of them with success.

  11. Pah! Everyone knows that John Lewis towels are where it's at.

Having said that, J-Cloths are bigger and more absorbant than most
    Dutch towels.

Hmm not seen those type. But looking at the picture again it doesn't
look like it would fit. Think i'll stick with the fitting a different
    nipple first.

Maybe one of those puffy, marshmallow-shaped ones? They're nice.

You should have bought a Kawasaki instead, I've just the swinging arm
out along with all the suspension linkages to grease them.

I wouldn't have bothered if I hadn't been changing the swinging arm
but while it was out it seemed a bit daft not to do the lot.

I'm a bit pissed off because I haven't got a spare soft link for the
chain because I'd have been out for a test ride later this afternoon
if the chain wasn't held together with a cable tie. As it is I'll have
to leave it for a week or so but at least that means I'll also have a
chance to make a bracket for the front brake reservoir rather than
using cable ties on that as well.
