Riding Schools in Manchester?

    A mate of mine is thinking about doing his bike license so I'd like to know
    on his behalf if anyone has a recommendation for a riding school in/near
    central Manchester. He's in his early 30s and has had no experience with
    motorcycles so far. I realise that most of you have had your licenses for
    decades but if anyone has any good recent experience with a school or any
    suggestions in general, let me know.

    Oh, no links to "get yer license from Cyprus/Latvia/Mongolia" please. I
    don't want him getting killed.

    I did my test with these folks but it was ten years ago and they
    werent called that then.
